- What is art of scent?
- A multi-brand fragrance concept boutique that aims to curate the world's most hard-to-find and sought-after luxury and niche fragrance brands. It is based on the principle of Luxury Retail, Fragrance Education, and Personalized Shopping Experience.

- We carry niche luxury brands that are hard to find like Amouge, Memo Paris, Mugler, Alexandre J., Boucheron, Filorga, Juliet has a Gun, Commodity, Nasmatto, Nest Fragrances, Parfums de Marly
3. Do you have a physical store?
- Yes, we have three store locations – Resort’s World Manila Ci, One Shangri – La Mall, City of Dreams Manila
4. Are your products authentic?
- Aside from being a retail operator, our mother company, Scent & Beaute Inc. is also the local distributor for the brands we carry at Art Of Scent hence the authenticity of the products are guaranteed.

Orders and Deliveries
- How to order?
- You may opt to create or register an account on www.artofscent.com or you may choose products from the site and add to cart.
2. How can I track my order?
- After confirming your order through our website, an automated email will be sent with a confirmation email, together with a tracking number and details of the delivery.
3. Where do you ship?
- We ship FREE within the Philippines
4. How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
- After checkout, we usually confirm your order right away, and prepare the package within 24hrs.
5. How long will it take to deliver my order?
- Within 2 – 3 working days for shipping around metro manila
- 3 – 10 working days for outside metro manila
- Please be advised that timing of deliveries may change due to GCQ/MECQ order in the Philippines.
6. How much is your shipping fee?
- We have FREE Shipping nationwide. No minimum purchase requirement
7. Do you ship worldwide?

3. I don’t think I got my order, how do I proceed?

- We accept all major credit cards, We also have bank deposit option and Cash on Delivery.
2. Do you have a Cash on Delivery option?
- Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery with a maximum amount of 30,000 php

Return and Exchange
1. What if I want to change or cancel my order?
- You may email us at sales@artofscent.com. Please allow 3-5 days for us to process and assess your request for cancellation or exchange.

- You may email us at sales@artofscent.com. Please allow 3-5 days for us to process and assess your request for cancellation or exchange. Contact us as soon as you notice the damaged item.
3. I received a different item, what can I do?

Packaging and Gifting
1. Do you have a special packaging for gifting?
- Yes, we have a gift box packaging, with ribbon and card.
2. How are your products packed?
- We have a customized box packaging with ribbon and sticker labels.
